TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The images will be available approximately 3 weeks after your session.
We use our artistic discretion to carefully select the final images. As well as editing .
We do not release raw or unedited images since these are not considered to be a finished product. Additional editing is billed separately.
Other cameras or video recorders are not allowed.
We maintain the right to schedule the session due to weather or personal emergency.
Nirvana C Photography shall own the copyright in all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions for, including but not limited to, marketing materials, portfolio entries, sample products, editorial submissions and use, or for display within or on the website, blog, facebook pages, and/or studio. It is understood that any duplication or alteration of original images is strictly prohibited without the written permission of the Photographer.
$50 non refundable deposit is required upon booking.
